Probability

Probability is defined as the quality or state of being probable, but, what does it mean? 

This refers to the ratio of the number of outcomes in an exhaustive set of equally likely outcomes that produce a given event to the total number of possible outcomes.

 It is a very interesting theme that might me difficult to understand but that is everywhere around us, in situations like playing cards or winning the lottery. It is based on a chance, sometimes associated with luck as it is mostly random.

Probability is something that may seem tricky, but in the end is something logically mathematic, as it can be seen in the following example.

The video is very interesting and it explains in different ways how probability works and its usefulness. This can be a good oportunity to intruduce this concept in schools using the video and analysing it to be able to comprehend it.
